B)The minimum limit for RB should be such that the cathode current (lK) does not exceed 100mA under all load conditions, and the instantaneous turnon value for lk does not exceed 150mA. Both of the following conditions must. be met: VIN(MAX) 150mA VIN(MAX)-VOUT lOUT(MIN)+100mA (to limit instantaneous turn-on lK) RB,Min ≥ (to limit lK under normal operating conditions) RB,Min ≥ |
