For example, the G9612 is tested by measuring the VOUT at VIN = VOUT+1V, then VIN is lowered until VOUT falls 100mV below the meas- ured value. The difference (VIN - VOUT) is then measured and defined as ΔVDO. Note 3: Low duty pulse techniques are used during test to maintain junction temperature as close to ambient as possible. |
