Electrical Characteristics

The minimum and maximum values in this section apply over the following

recommended temperature and voltage range (from Table 2, “Recommended Operating

Conditions” on page 8).

-20 °C < Tc < 85 °C, 3.0 V < Vcc < 3.6 V
