Maximum Ratings Notes The transient specifications indicate that sample lots were success- fully tested for 100 mS at the transient stress voltage and were not damaged. As a practical matter in your application, it is often difficult to determine how long an input overvoltage was applied. Therefore, do not exceed the continuous voltage rating. |
