silicon gate–controlled devices are needed.

• Minimizes Snubber Networks for Protection

• Blocking Voltage to 800 Volts

• On-State Current Rating of 16 Amperes RMS

• High Surge Current Capability — 150 Amperes

• Glass Passivated Junctions for Reliability and Uniformity
