See the Ordering Information. Note 2: All parameters are 100% tested at TA = +85°C. Limits over temperature are guaranteed by design and are not production tested. Note 3: The SPI serial interface is operational for VCC > VRST. Note 4: See the Detailed Description (VOUT function). Note 5: ICCS is specified with CS = VCC, SCLK = DIN = WDI = CE_IN = GND, DOUT, VOUT, CE_OUT, and MR floating. IBATT is specified with WDI = CE_IN = SCLK = DIN = GND, CS = VCC, DOUT, VOUT, CE_OUT, and MR floating. Note 6: ICCA is specified with SCLK = 4MHz for VCC = +5.5V and SCLK = 2MHz for VCC = +3.3V and +3.6V. DOUT = OPEN, CS = GND, DIN = VCC, CE_IN = VCC, VOUT and CE_OUT open, WDI = VCC or GND. Note 7: For OUT switchover to BATT, VCC must fall below VRST and VBATT. For OUT switchover to VCC, VCC must be above VRST or above VBATT. Note 8: Guaranteed by design. Not subject to production testing. Note 9: All values are referred to VIH(MIN) and VIL(MAX) levels.
