(2) Eco Plan is the planned eco-friendly classification. Green (RoHS, no Sb/Br): TI defines Green to mean Pb-Free (RoHS compatible) and free of Bromine- (Br) and Antimony- (Sb) based flame retardants. The ADS412x/4x family is pin-compatible to the previous generation ADS6149 family; this architecture enables easy migration. However, there are some important differences between the generations, summarized in Table 1. Table 1.
