The IP4786CZ32 contains a 5 V voltage regulator function for higher input voltages.

Any input voltage of 4.925 V < VCC(5V0) < 6.50 V will provide HDMI compliant output levels of 4.8 V to 5.3 V

on HDMI_5V0_CON
