Note 2: All specifications are 100% tested at TA = +25NC. Temperature limits are guaranteed by design.
Note 3: VPVDD = 0.9V, VPVSS = -0.9V.
Note 4: VPVDD = 1.8V, VPVSS = -1.8V.
