General Description

This device has the lowest QRR of any 300 V

Silicon

diode.

Its

recovery

characteristics

increase efficiency, reduce EMI and eliminate

snubbers.

Applications

• AC/DC and DC/DC output rectification

• Output & freewheeling diodes

• Motor drive circuits

• DC-AC inverters
