Texas Instruments recommends that all integrated circuits be handled with appropriate precautions. Failure to observe proper handling and installation procedures can cause damage. ESD damage can range from subtle performance degradation to complete device failure. Precision integrated circuits may be more susceptible to damage because very small parametric changes could cause the device not to meet its published specifications. These are stress ratings only, and functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions beyond those indicated under "recommended operating conditions" is not implied. Exposure to absolute-maximum-rated conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability. (2) Maximum power dissipation is a function of TJ(max), qJA, and TA. The maximum allowable power dissipation at any allowable ambient temperature is PD = (TJ(max) – TA)/qJA. Operating at the absolute maximum TJ of 150°C can affect reliability. (3) The package thermal impedance is calculated in accordance with JESD 51-7. 2 Submit Documentation Feedback Copyright © 2007–2010, Texas Instruments Incorporated Product Folder Link(s): INA270-Q1 INA271-Q1 |
