FEATURES • Very low profile - typical height of 0.95 mm • Ideal for automated placement • Uni-directional only • Excellent clamping capability • Peak pulse power: - 600 W (10/1000 μs) - 4 kW (8/20 μs) • ESD capability: IEC 61000-4-2 level 4 - 15 kV (air) - 8 kV (contact) • Meets MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260 °C • Compliant to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and in accordance to WEEE 2002/96/EC • Halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition MECHANICAL DATA Case: DO-221AC (SlimSMA) Molding compound meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating Base P/N-M3 - halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and commercial grade Terminals: Matte tin plated leads, solderable per J-STD-002 and JESD22-B102 M3 suffix meets JESD 201 class 1A whisker test Polarity: Color band denotes cathode end Notes (1) Non-repetitive current pulse, per fig. 3 and derated above TA = 25 °C per fig. 2.
