The module has an adaptable extended Turn-On Delay interval, Tdelay, of 25mS. The extended Tdelay will occur when the module restarts following either: 1) the rapid cycling of Vin from normal levels to less than the Input Undervoltage Lockout (which causes module shutdown), and then back to normal; or 2) toggling the on/off signal from on to off and back to on without removing the input voltage. The normal Turn-On Delay interval, Tdelay, will occur whenever a module restarts with input voltage removed from the module for the preceding 1 second. 2. The module requires a minimum of 220 μF external output capacitor to prevent shutdown during no load to full load transients and to avoid exceeding the OVP maximum limits during startup into open loop fault conditions. |
