Whenthedeviceisintheprogressofprogramming(notprogramfail)orerasing(noterasefail),devicewillig- noreresetcommand. AUTOMATIC SELECT COMMAND SEQUENCE AutomaticSelectmodeisusedtoaccessthemanufacturerID,deviceIDandtoverifywhetherornotasectoris protected.Theautomaticselectmodehasfourcommandcycles.Thefirsttwoareunlockcycles,andfollowedby aspecificcommand.Thefourthcycleisanormalreadcycle,andusercanreadatanyaddressanynumberof timeswithoutenteringanothercommandsequence.TheresetcommandisnecessarytoexittheAutomaticSe- lectmodeandbacktoreadarray.Thefollowingtableshowstheidentificationcodewithcorrespondingaddress.
