1 / 17 page  FA531X series 1 FA5310BP(S), FA5314P(S), FA5316P(S) FA5311BP(S), FA5315P(S), FA5317P(S) s Description The FA531X series are bipolar ICs for switching power supply control that can drive a power MOSFET. These ICs contain many functions in a small 8-pin package.
