The device contains a N- • Input Voltage Range: 0.75-V to 3.6-V channel MOSFET that can operate over an input • Integrated Pass-FET rDSON = 2mΩ (typ) at 3.6-V voltage range of 0.75 V to 3.6 V and switch currents up to 4-A. An integrated charge pump biases the • Ultra-Low ON-Resistance NMOS switch in order to achieve a minimum switch – rON = 5.3-mΩ at 3.6-V ON resistance (rON).
