MONOLITHIC DUAL

PNP TRANSISTOR

IT132 Features:

Tight matching

Low Output Capacitance

The IT132 is a monolithic pair of PNP transistors

mounted in a single TO-78 package. The monolithic

dual chip design reduces parasitics and gives better

performance while ensuring extremely tight matching.

The IT132 is a direct replacement for discontinued

Intersil IT132.

The hermetically sealed TO-78 is well suited for hi-rel

and harsh environment applications.
