Note 1: Absolute Maximum Ratings are those values beyond which the life
of a device may be impaired.
Note 2: TJ is calculated from the ambient temperature TA and power
dissipation PD according to the following formula:
LTC1775CGN/LTC1775IGN: TJ = TA + (PD • 130°C/W)
LTC1775CS/LTC1775IS: TJ = TA + (PD • 110°C/W)
Note 3: The LTC1775 is tested in a feedback loop that adjusts VOSENSE to
achieve a specified error amplifier output voltage (ITH).
Note 4: Typical in application circuit with EXTVCC tied to VOUT = 5V,
IOUT = 0A and FCB = INTVCC. Dynamic supply current is higher due
to the gate charge being delivered at the switching frequency. See
Applications Information.
Note 5: Minimum input supply voltage is 4.3V at – 40
°C for industrial
grade parts.
Note 6: Rise and fall times are measured at 10% to 90% levels.
The q denotes specifications which apply over the full operating temperature
range, otherwise specifications are at TA = 25°C. VIN = 15V unless otherwise noted.
