The specifications apply only for the test conditions listed. Some performance characteristics may degrade when the device is not operated under the listed test conditions. (3) When the input voltage (VI) at any pin exceeds power supplies (VI < GND or VI > V), the current at that pin should be limited to 5 mA. 7.2 ESD Ratings - Commercial VALUE UNIT Human Body Model (HBM), per ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001, all pins. (1) ±2500 Applies for TO-92 package LMT84LP. Human Body Model (HBM), per JESD22-A114, all pins. Applies for ±2500 V SC70 package LMT84DCK. V(ESD) Electrostatic discharge Charged Device Model (CDM), per JEDEC specification JESD22-C101, ±1000 all pins. (2) Applies for all parts. Machine Model ESD stress voltage, per JEDEC specification JESD22- ±250 V A115 (3) Applies for SC70 package LMT84DCK. (1) JEDEC document JEP155 states that 500-V HBM allows safe manufacturing with a standard ESD control process. (2) JEDEC document JEP157 states that 250-V CDM allows safe manufacturing with a standard ESD control process.
