Duration : 6.3 V.DC to 100 V.DC : ( 05 to 08)=1000 hours, (010 to 018)=2000 hours 160 V.DC to 450 V.DC : 2000 hours Capacitance change Within ±20 % of the initial value tan d < 200 % of the initial limit DC leakage current Within the initial limit Shelf life After storage for 1000 hours at +105 °C±2 °C with no voltage applied and then being stabilized at +20 °C, capacitors shall meet the limits specified in Endurance.
