Startup Mode

Startup Mode:

For example in the typical post regulation application the LDO will remain in startup mode until the DC-DC

converter has ramped up its output voltage.

These devices have limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam

during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
