It incorporates current limiting circuit, lock protection and automatic restart circuit, PWM soft switching circuit, soft start circuit, and quick start circuit. The pin is compatible with BD69730FV (rotation speed pulse signal output). The damage can either be a short circuit between pins or an open circuit between pins and the internal circuitry.
