When ordering using the “Txxx” packaging ordering codes (C-Specs) outlined above, product may be shipped on multiple 7” reels or a single 13” reel. Benefits • Operating temperature range of −55°C to +200°C • Lead (Pb)-free, RoHS and REACH compliant • Base metal technology • Higher UVBD capability than competitive dielectric technologies • Capacitance offerings ranging from 2.2 nF up to 150 nF • Available capacitance tolerances of ±5%, ±10% or ±20% • Extremely low ESR and ESL • High thermal stability • High ripple current capability • No capacitance change with respect to applied rated DC voltage • Negligible capacitance change with respect to temperature from −55°C to +200°C • No capacitance decay with time • Non-polar device, minimizing installation concerns • 100% pure matte tin-plated termination finish allowing for excellent solderability Applications Typical applications include high temperature discharge circuits for munitions and down-hole oil exploration/perforation. |
