B | Page 6 of 28 TIMING SPECIFICATIONS ADM2565E/ADM2567E All minimum and maximum specifications apply over the entire recommended operation range, VCC = 3.0 V to 5.5 V, VIO = 1.7 V to 5.5 V, TA = TMIN (−40°C) to TMAX (+105°C). All typical specifications are at TA = 25°C, VCC = VIO = 5 V, VISO = 3.3 V (VSEL = GNDISO). All parameters are characterized with a BLM15HD182SN1 ferrite bead between the VISOOUT and VISOIN pins, and between the GNDISO and GND2 pins. Table 2.
