Pro- prietary latch immune CMOS technologies en- able ruggedized monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs. The output drivers feature a high pulse current buffer stage designed for mini- mum d rive r cro ss-co ndu ction .
