(2) The internal reference temperature coefficient is defined as (REF1 – REF2) × 10 6/(T 1 – T2)/2, where REF1 and REF2 are the internal reference voltages (REFT – REFB) at the two extreme temperatures, T1 and T2. (3) DC PSRR is defined as the ratio of the change in the ADC output (expressed in mV) to the change in supply voltage (in volts).
