RGY PACKAGE (TOP VIEW) 1 16 8 9 2 3 4 5 6 7 15 14 13 12 11 10 G 4A 4B 4Y 3A 3B 1A 1B 1Y 2A 2B 2Y DESCRIPTION/ORDERING INFORMATION SN54LVC157A, SN74LVC157A QUADRUPLE 2-LINE TO 1-LINE DATA SELECTORS/MULTIPLEXERS SCAS292P – JANUARY 1993 – REVISED JULY 2005 • Operate From 1.65 V to 3.6 V • Latch-Up Performance Exceeds 250 mA Per JESD 17 • Specified From –40 °C to 85°C, –40 °C to 125°C, and –55°C to 125°C • ESD Protection Exceeds JESD 22 • Inputs Accept Voltages to 5.5 V – 2000-V Human-Body Model (A114-A) • Max t pd of 5.2 ns at 3.3 V – 200-V Machine Model (A115-A) • Typical V OLP (Output Ground Bounce) – 1000-V Charged-Device Model (C101) < 0.8 V at V CC = 3.3 V, TA = 25°C BRK BRK • Typical V OHV (Output VOH Undershoot) > 2 V at V CC = 3.3 V, TA = 25°C These quadruple 2-line to 1-line data selectors/multiplexers are designed for 1.65-V to 3.6-V VCC operation. The 'LVC157A devices feature a common strobe (G) input. When G is high, all outputs are low. When G is low, a 4-bit word is selected from one of two sources and is routed to the four outputs. The devices provide true data.
