Single-chip Type with Built-in FET Switching Regulators Low Noise High Efficiency Step-down Switching Regulator with Built-in Power MOSFET BD8960NV ● Description ROHM’s high efficiency step-down switching regulator BD8960NV is a power supply designed to produce a low voltage including 1 volts from 5.5/3.3 volts power supply line. Offers high efficiency with synchronous rectifier.
