The first 2 figures are actual values and the third

denotes the number of zeros.

"R" denotes the decimal point and all figures are the

actual number with "R".

For example, 1uF is expressed as 010 in this case.

ex. 0. 1µF → 0R1 , 10µF → 100 , 1000µF → 102
