A high on either enable input forces the output to a high state. The Demultiplexing function is performed by using the four input lines A0 to A3 to select the desired output states. The HCS154MS utilizes advanced CMOS/SOS technology to achieve high-speed operation. This device is a member of radiation hardened, high-speed, CMOS/SOS Logic Family.
