The DIAG_STS register in Table 49 providesthe flags for the
internal self test function, which is from GLOB_CMD[1](see
Table 115). Note that the flag of the barometer, DIAG_STS[11],
updatesonlyafter start-upandresetoperationsand thatreading
the DIAG_STS registercausesall of its bits to restoreto 0. The
bits only return to 1 if the error condition persists.

The ALM_STS registerin Table 50 provides the alarmbits for
the programmablealarmlevels of eachsensor. Notethat reading
the ALM_STS register causes all of its bits to restore to 0. The
bits only return to 1 if the error condition persists.

FIRMWARE REVISION
The FIRM_REV register (see Table 51)provides the firmware
revision for the internal firmware.This register uses a binary
coded decimal (BCD)format, whereeach nibble representsa
digit. For example, if FIRM_REV = 0x1234, the firmware
revision is 12.34. The tens digit is equal to 1, the ones digit is
equal to 2, the tenths digit is equal to 3, and the hundredths
digit is equal to 4.

The FIRM_DM register(see Table52)contains the month and
day of the factory configuration date. FIRM_DM[15:12]and
FIRM_DM[11:8]contain digits that represent the month of the
factory configuration in a BCD format. For example, November
is the 11th month in a year and is representedby FIRM_DM[15:8]=
0x11.
FIRM_DM[7:4]and FIRM_DM[3:0]contain digits that represent
the day of factory configuration in a BCD format. For example,
the 27th day of themonthis representedbyFIRM_DM[7:0]= 0x27.
