The device Topologies contains four N-channel MOSFETs that can operate • 1-A Max Continuous Current Per Channel over an input voltage range of 1.0 V to 3.6 V. The switch can be controlled by I2C making it ideal for • Quiescent Current usage with processors that have limited GPIO – Single Channel < 12 µA available. The rise time of the TPS22994 device is – All Four Channels < 22 µA internally controlled in order to avoid inrush current. The TPS22994 has five programmable slew rate • Shutdown Current (All Four Channels) < 7 µA options, four ON-delay options, and four quick output • Four 1.2-V Compatible GPIO Control Inputs discharge (QOD) resistance options. • I2C Configuration (Per Channel) The channels of the device can be controlled via – On/Off Control either GPIO or I2C. The default mode of operation is – Programmable Slew Rate Control (5 options) GPIO control through the ONx terminals. The I2C slave address terminals can be tied high or low to – Programmable ON-delay (4 options) assign seven unique device addresses. – Programmable Output Discharge (4 options) The TPS22994 is available in a space-saving RUK • I2C SwitchALL™ Command for Multi- package (0.4-mm pitch) and is characterized for channel/Multi-chip Control operation over the free-air temperature range of • QFN-20 package, 3 mm x 3 mm, 0.75 mm height –40°C to 85°C.
